ABOUT

Brit, Dane, American, Dad. Most recently Chief Marketing Officer of Chandelier Creative, I also co-founded the “hybrid creative agency” Technology Humans and Taste in NYC (now part owned by M+C Saatchi) that focuses on brand innovation and cutting edge technology (think AI, VR, AR, Experiential). I’m a global agency leader with a track record of growing and transforming businesses with creativity and innovation at their core. My passion is centered on fostering exceptional creative work environments where individuals thrive, do their best work, and achieve results that exceed expectations. I champion the power of Culture, Inclusivity, Reflectivity, Creativity and Innovation at every level, whereby people bring their true selves to the table and where diversity of thought is always encouraged. I try to adhere to a servant leader style that is goal-driven with an empowering, humanistic approach. I combine strategic vision, operating excellence and a creative mindset to accelerate company performance and increase growth, focusing on ensuring a high-performance, stimulating  work culture through collaboration, motivating teams, and championing inclusion and diversity. 

With 15 years + working in marketing or advertising on global Fortune 500 clients across every channel there is to communicate; I have had the privilege to work on some of the most celebrated multi-channel campaigns in the world (screw our Cannes Lions, we were parodied on SNL! - seriously, my greatest achievement), with some of the best talent on the planet who I am very happy to still call friends.

Focusing in the past 10+ years mainly on consumer lifestyle, fashion and luxury brands; companies that choose to create culture over following it, I specialize in Business, Brand and Marketing Strategy, Brand Innovation, Customer/Client Management, Organic Growth, Operations and Business Development. I pride myself on my relationships and ability to deliver results.

Started my career at MTV Europe as editor of MTVeurope.com (back when websites were an afterthought). I've always wanted to be part of or affect the cultural zeitgeist that adds value to the world. I suppose it's why so many of us get into marketing in the first place and sadly I wasn't going to be a rockstar or an Oscar winning actor. I believe in the mantras that in this day and age Everything is Advertising and as such Risky Is The New Safe. By those I mean that anything can be turned into advertising now that we all control the channels ourselves and to break through the noise and be truly effective brands need to create something that has never been done before. That takes guts (bravery truly is the new currency in marketing, no one is an expert in making something never before done) and so I look to collaborate with my client partners and build teams of similar visionaries who will walk down the path of true innovation together, believing and trusting we will make it to the other side. If we’re smart, it's new and never before seen - we stand a good chance of success.
